“ | Seven soldiers never got the credit that the Justice Society did, but we saved lives, cities. Even the world once. | ” |
The Seven Soldiers of Victory were a group of superheroes that Pat Dugan and Sylvester Pemberton were a part of before joining the Justice Society of America. By 2020, Pat had lost touch with them.
History[]
Some point before 2010, Stripesy and the Star-Spangled Kid joined the team with six other superheroes. Though they weren't as famous or recognized as the JSA, where two of their members would later be aggregated into, they were no less heroic and participated in many adventures, saving people and, on one occasion, even the world.
At some point, they fought Dragon King when he built a “living weapon” to eradicate New York. They succeeded in defeating him and destroying the device.
By 2020, Pat had lost touch with them and was unsure if the team was still active. He encountered Justin, the former leader of the team, in Blue Valley. Justin suffered from amnesia and couldn't remember who he was, though Pat was able to help the man reclaim his memories. Justin helped Pat and the new Justice Society of America fight against the Injustice Society. When the battle was over, Justin left Blue Valley to find the rest of the soldiers. He promised to tell Pat if he found them as they both wanted to be reunited with their friends.
Some time after the Battle of Blue Valley, the Justice Society of America rescued the Seven Soldiers of Victory from a cosmic deity called The Nebula Man.

Notes and Trivia[]
- This is the first live-action adaptation of the team.
- Although they call themselves the Seven Soldiers of Victory, there are eight members. This caused many disputes within the team regarding the name.
- Except for the immortal Shining Knight, none of the Seven Soldiers of Victory have superpowers; they are all "normal" people (though some had advanced technology) that decided to help save the world.
Comic Comparisons[]
- In the comics, the Seven Soldiers of Victory were a World War II-era team comprised of the same members. They eventually folded into the All-Star Squadron alongside the Justice Society and Freedom Fighters before breaking up.
- In the comics, Wing wasn't a member but an ally.
- Every Seven Soldiers of Victory character has a comic accurate costume for their appearance in Stargirl.
- However, the trenchcoat version of Crimson Avenger has never paired with the super-suit version of Wing before Stargirl.
