Per Degaton[]
He was a villain with time travel abilities and an enemy of the Justice Society of America, he was banished to an alternative timeline by The Flash.
- In the comics, Per Degaton was a scientist super-villain and an enemy of the JSA that learned how to time travel in the WWII.
Blackbriar Thorn[]
He was a villain of the Justice Society of America, he was defeated and destroyed by Green Lantern.
- In the comics, Blackbriar Thorn was a super-villain and an enemy of the original Green Lantern that had chlorokinesis and magical powers.
Baron Blitzkrieg[]
He was a villain with apparent Nazi connections. He was an enemy of the JSA, before he died through unknown means during the war.
- In the comics, Baron Blitzkrieg was a nazi super-villain and an enemy of the All-Star Squadron that through surgery he obtain powers.
Gentleman Ghost[]
He was a villain with apparently ghostly powers and an enemy of the JSA.
- In the comics, Gentleman Ghost was the spirit of Jim Craddock that returned from the grave to commit crimes, he was an enemy of Hawkman and Hawkgirl.
Clifford Devoe/The Thinker[]
He was a villain that used a cap for unknown reason and an enemy to the JSA, especially the Flash. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
- In the comics, The Thinker was a super-villain and an enemy of the original Flash that used his thinking cap to obtain telekinetic powers and commit crime.
Summer School: Chapter Two[]
Mrs. Ordway[]
- Portrayed by: Roxzane T. Mims
Mrs. Ordway is the owner of the Ordway Home for Children. Jennie-Lynn Hayden turned eighteen and was removed from the group home on her eighteenth birthday. The woman in charge, Mrs. Ordway, gives Jennie a box of lozenges that were meant for Jennie. Mrs. Ordway also wishes her a happy birthday. Jennie asks if the box is about her brother, but the woman doesn’t know. Jennie thanks her and the woman gives her advice; don’t try so hard to be perfect. It’s a little annoying. She then closed the door.

Bullies[]

These three teenagers harass Mike Dugan on his paper route, taunting him over his work and jumping him. Mike is unable to defend himself and is forced home with his clothes torn and ragged. As Mike walks around later that day, he discovers the teenagers standing by a cookie stand taunting a little girl. They are trying to get her to give them free cookies but she refuses. They threaten her but she doesn't waver. They grab the boxes and begin to break them and steal them. Mike makes a wish for them to stop, and stop signs rain down from the sky to pin the bullies in a circle. The teens eventually run away.
Molly Schut[]

Molly is a young girl scout-esque student who sells cookies from a stand in her neighborhood. She is harassed by three much older teenagers who want her to give them free cookies. She holds her own against the teens by refusing to cave into their pressures. They threaten her but she doesn't waver. They grab the boxes and begin to break them and steal them. From across the street, Mike Dugan makes a wish for them to stop, and stop signs rain down from the sky to pin the bullies in a circle. The teens eventually run away while Molly watches gleefully.

Millie Myers[]

She is Artemis Crock's foster mother after Larry Crock and Paula Brooks were sent to prison. Millie doesn't seem to care much about Artemis and her foster children, and seems more focused on getting money for the amount of foster kids she has. She barely gave Artemis a lunch and didn't care about her football aspirations.

Grumpy Joe[]

He is a regular at Richie Rock's Diner, who is known for being impatient. In Summer School: Chapter Seven he had hot coffee poured on his shoulder by Maria Carmen Saravia while she was being influenced by Eclipso.

Spectre[]
Spectre was a hero and member of the Justice Society of America. He like other JSA members Doctor Fate, The Hawks and Green Lantern was unable to defeat Eclipso. While known to be a member before the JSA disbanded, he doesn't feature in the team picture and wasn't noted to have fought with the JSA during their final battle with the Injustice Society of America, which leaves his fate unknown though he was possibly killed in battle with Eclipso.
- In the comics The Spectre was an entity of justice and need a host to use his powers, the most know is Jim Corrigan.
- He is the only member of the Justice Society to not be featured in any form on the show so far.

Sonia Sato[]

- In the comics, Sonia Sato is a female vigilante from Japan and the third Judomaster.
Deathbolt[]
Deathbolt was a supervillain who was defeated by the Shining Knight. A newspaper article about the encounter was preserved in Starman's workshop in the JSA headquarters.
- In the comics, Deathbolt, real name Jake Simmons, was a supervillain with electrical powers, who worked for the Ultra-Humanite in his fight against the All-Star Squadron.
Spider[]
Spider was a supervillain who was defeated by Green Arrow and Speedy. A newspaper article about the encounter was preserved in Starman's workshop in the JSA headquarters.
- In the comics,the Spider was a supervillain named Tom Hallaway, who used the guise of a hero to mask his crimes. He was at one point a member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory, as well as the All-Star Squadron and Freedom Fighters.
