Series[]
Season 1[]
On October 31, 2020, Cindy Burman hosts a Halloween party and invites the BVHS student body. She decorates the house in Halloween decor, including a giant spider over the front door, changes the lighting, and more. Courtney Whitmore and Beth Chapel sneak into the party to find Rick Tyler. Rick previously secured two kegs for the party and is outside by the pool when Courtney and Beth find him. Meanwhile, Yolanda Montez waits on the sidewalk across the street, unable to bring herself to go in a house with Henry King. He leaves the party early and telepathically hears Yolanda's thoughts for the first time, but doesn't understand what's happening.
Yolanda, Courtney, and Beth give Rick an hourglass and describe his father's past with the JSA. Rick activates the hourglass by the pool and leaves the residence.[1]
A few days later, Cindy returns home after school and Bobbie Burman, her latest stepmom, greets her and asks how her day went. Cindy is cold to Bobbie and they bicker over whether or not Cindy can have pinot noir. Cindy proceeds to visit her father unannounced by entering his lab via a keypad, and then descending a series of staircases to the Blue Valley tunnels. She proceeds to the Injustice Society of America's headquarters.[2]
